Well, AM can't make it this Sunday as she has work, she said "maybe next Sunday if I'm not working". She sent another text "honestly, I'm working!" and I replied "I believe you, you're a hardworking filipina woman! We could also go next Saturday after church if that works better for you. We'll have fun, fun, fun lol" She didn't respond for half and hour and then said "yes, I am hardworking. See you tomorrow" So I wrote "See you at church. So let me know if you'd prefer Sat or Sun... or not at all. Looking forward to your solo tomorrow" I'll leave it in her hands. She's worked the last two Sundays and this one so if she doesn't want to do Saturday then there's really not much point. If she wants to go she'll make it happen and if not I'll move along.
You had given her the option, so you should have left it at that. You are a catch, no need to convince her. She either sees it or she doesn't. Besides just as men like women that aren't always available, women like guys the same way. Makes us think what you are up to.

Thanks Kat. She won't find a more caring, attentive guy than me! So I'll just leave it and let her come through or not. She maybe just needs time to think about what she wants to do. I'll give her that time...but not too much time!
WII: I think you should drop it. She is sending hints that she might not go & you continue to convince her. When someone pushes me a bit - I usually go the other way.

I'm with you, Barb! Today I went to church and sat in my usual spot and suddenly an arm drapes around me and she whispers good morning in my ear. After church we were going to a nursing home to sing and she asked me to join her and her gf in one of the church children's rooms for lunch...so I did. The three of us sat and had lunch at a kiddie table sitting on kiddie chairs lol. She brought me a piece of fruit for dessert. Her and her gf started peppering me with questions about my divorce, my ex gf, why white men like Filipino women...I finally said "some things are going to remain my secret for now" So, we went to the nursing home together and I arranged a ride home for the three of us afterwards. It was a nice day. I think I'll just cease and desist. She wants a friend, that's cool...it all just gets confusing. As long as I know what page we're on I'll read it.
She just posted photos on FB of us eating lunch in the kiddie room...and the back of my head at the church service...among other creative endeavours lol. She cracks me up!
Well, for a woman that doesn't seem to want to go out with me she can't seem to stop texting me on a Saturday night lol. I was at the park taking photos and didn't look at my texts...so when I didn't answer she wrote "Are you out looking for a gf ha ha" when I responded a few hours later I wrote "I don't need a gf, I've got you to make me miserable!"
