Yes I have read it and have had some real discussions with Phil Delucca about pursuit and distance.
It has been about 4 years and tbh I don't remember the anger chapter, or at least I don't remember it being anything unusual.
Yes you need to release your anger and lower your expectations.
The thing I took away from this book was to STOP all pursuit.
