I'm on the side of following up on your text. After all you asked her to accompany you to a specific place on a specific day, so to not follow up seems a bit passive and unassertive. I mean don't you at least deserve a yes or no response. It seems to me a reasonable request. So a follow-up could simply be "Hey have you thought about taking me up on my offer for Sunday?" Your time is valuable and to leave you hanging without acknowledging the request seems rude to me.
