My advice...... call you son and talk to him. Your wife didn't lose a tooth, your son did. Call, ask to speak to him and congratulate him. Ask if he is excited for the tooth fairy to come tonight. Then tomorrow morning call and tell him the tooth fairy came to your house too and left him a small gift. You don't need to talk to your wife at all.
