Since I last posted a lot of discussion about S and jackal speak.
Poor old wonky ole lambie. I love lambie, went to see the film Shaun the Sheep in his honour. Was thinking about Gg and lambie during the film.
The jackal speak of H has really stuck with you, and It looks like recognising it for what it was is helpful to you. Won't help with the H who spoke it though as that H is stuck in his pattern. H will keep repeating that and as he has traded down with OW, she will eventually end up in bits. Which of itself will be demonstrating H prowess in the narc area of existence.

I opened another packet of liquorice tea today. 1pound off this week, not as much as I wanted but the last few days have been disastrous for exercise and diet. Still tomorrow is another day.
