Really good enjoying going to the gym with my son and my relationship is going from strength to strength with him which I good .
I worked out just after Christmas that there was no point trying to get my S and D to do things together so I just make an effort to do things with them seperateky and it seem to have made things at home a bit more bearable .
Got one of them fitbit things called a surge . It's the best motivator for keeping active . And active is good .
