Moving forward with the house equity buy out . As I suspected the minute I mentioned it all talk of doing for nothing was a load of lies and settled at a reasonable figure although I don't want to pay her a penny . Getting agreement drawn up with solicitor at the moment.
Daughter has a slightly better relationship with Her mum but it's become a buy her affections relationship , which is sad .
Son seems to have become more distant from her again .
