Oh dear, emtional day.

well no thieving, livestock often things happen at least no ones dead. Felt a bit silly having to report to police that the mystery was solved.

Felt exhausted all day! Emtionally spent.

Been mulling over nvc, will watch some more. I can see why it works.

Yeah, re thinking some stuff. Need to settle a bit more things are easily stirred up given the tv program. Some stuff is taking a while to heal.
