My h wanted the negative pay offs, he seems to like drama. It makes him feel needed.
He really like to jump to any emgerency and his work often provided them, when people are greatful for the emergency help.
But for a long time he got positives from work and negative validation from me. Narcs only mirror back. They focus on one thing they think you want and mirror back. they don't think as deeply as they want you to believe.
