I suppose the S was still pretty recent, and so it may all take a little while to settle emotionally. But I feel there must come a point when she 'thaws' and is able to interact with you more naturally. It strikes me that it must be pretty hard to remain this angry? uncomfortable? in the absence of any stressor or precipitating behaviour from you.
