I'd give them a full run down about your husband's suggestion that you move out of the house and what your rights are in that situation.

I'd find out what you could reasonably expect in terms of child custody/child support/spousal support. Also how your getting a FT job would affect any of these things.

I'd find out what the divorce process is in your state. Fault/no fault/ waiting period etc. If mediation is available etc.

It's a good idea to bring any financial information you can - bank statements, retirement acct statements, paystubs, last year's tax return etc.

I remember a while back that your H tried to make an issue of your temper. I would find out if any of that could potentially be used against you in divorce proceedings- be blunt and honest with them
