Thought about that the drinks don't help? Especially the next day. It's called a hangover even if you didn't get hammered, but it's affecting your mood if you are depressed anyway. Alcohol is a depressant. I'm trying to stay away from alcohol right now. I drank a few times and ended up like you the next day every single time..
