Sounds like you have a good grip on the reigns there gg, you're doing fantastically well. Are you feeling better now, noted you said the headaches were still lurking.

My case was always comfort eating, that and what's handy while doing something else (watching TV, working at desk etc) replaced with black coffee or water and (although I'm not its biggest fan) sugar free gum. Seems to have cut out some semi subconscious munching.
