Needed to loose 40kg (not pounds)

Bmi now is 32. The guides says bmi of 35 is morbid obese and I was in that range before.

My height weight range is 53-65kg. Never been it ever, since I was a teen.
I would be really over the moon at 73kg. S17 was about 2-3 when that was reality.

Oh given how big I was my educated start weight guess was about 105. I owned a waist of 42inches, at the smallest part and plenty of veranda over hang.
