You're quite right though h or s once they're an "adult" they need to set the path. Lead by example which you are doing and doing admirably, but you can't make someone do anything unless they want to or have to. Something I learned later in life!

I know but I spoke my mind come hell or high water.

Yes I have spoken to xh before, poured $hite on his parade, but not like that. It's wasn't really nice. Bit nasty really, not in a total bad way, I was trying to get thru to him.

It was nasty in th way the truth is to someone who really can't/doesn't see the whole poo pile they are sitting in, having that mirror of horror held real close.

You want for your s17 your great life?
Nope I can't force him to action his truths, but you know what I'm not hiding from his crap any more, ever.

Mind you it's pretty easy to be brave, with that as he's unilkely to yell at me ever again. He still thinks I "might" wake up to what I missed.

He isn't a man a fool will leave, he is still alone, he is till make excuses.

Shudders, nope don't miss it.

Well still feeling rubbish, best way to describe is hung over. Dizzy tired unable to be bothered.

It was good to go with mate yesterday but this morning I'm dead tired heads spinning. Feeling not so crash, I had hoped by today I would be bouncing, not sure I wanted to take too much more time off. It looking like I have no choice.

Dr soon. Best news no headache yet. Need to stop going round doing stuff and achieving not much.

Oh and the biatch has been worried about me she keeps doing what I've dubed Her lap dance. Her front end crawls up on your lap and she rubs her face all over you to encourage you to rub her belly. When you do she just goes into bliss. Guess it must be having a sitting target. grin need to grab the bin back, but just not feeling any love for that.

Well gal aka as creating mystery! lol

I was just Trying to re order the horses before I left and man oh man guess what?

Gorn, betcha can't?

Ok so the worlds biggest gossip who has been definitely a bone carrier called on to collect some stuff. Gg finishes what she was doing throw on her fave heels, emerald green dress and wanders over to said gossip.

What ya upto?
Lots of banter no information to carry.
Anyways gossip just has to ask
So which way you going x or y?

Oh I'm going to d, and waiting for my mate who's texting soon.
Then we decide.

Icing on the cake was bye gossip, don't wait up huh? Lol

Then I head out to the dr and shopping. Dr receptionist knew me from years ago a new one, she was like omg I saw that dress and didn't buy it, now I'm sorry.
What's the fragrance it's really pretty?
And omg red shoes aren't they so awesome.

Then later shopping Serverall people were making nice noises about the dress and shoes. Oh well lightens the heart, but the dr gave me a few more days off.

She said it's more likely a influenza not a cold.
Also made a baby horse this morn, well got the stallion to!
Shame I was exhausted after tho, like shaking passing out almost.

Oops weigh in day. Can't be bothered waiting till later on. I knew this week was a loss.

Last week 86.6kg
This week 85.0kg
Lost crazy1.6kg
Total since December -2.9. grin whistle

But and there's a but, my weight loss I used to suspect was stay same stay same then time of month lose a heap. So yeah seems a legit theory time of month large loss week.

I have been really good the last few weeks to get this.
Goal is 80kg by April. End is fine. So 3mo to loose 5kg.

Maybe fish and salad with a few chipies for tea. Want to use them from my freezer.
Stocked up fresh stuff today. More fruit and such.

My conversion says that 9kg.
Was that since it started or just since Christmas?

Blokes do weight loss easier and faster as they have more muscles by %.
Means your gunna catch me quick at that rate.

Hi Gg,

thats left to go, dropped about 2 - 2 1/2 stone since August with about a 6 inch reduction in waist size.

Can carry more weight than it looks because of height/build but was still a chunky monkey!

"One Meal" a day plus swimming twice a week, managable without having to really push myself to do it. Christmas was definitely a speed bump with lots of pastry, cheeses etc (mmmmm pastry) probably stopping the loss (and possibly bumping it up grrr!)
