I am asking for prayers, thoughts, vibes, whatever it is you believe you can send to him, please do. Please also take care of yourselves, eat right, exercise, get counseling...this journey we are on can have serious health effects with the stress, cra-cra, depression, etc. Please don't let your spouses take ANY more from YOU and your kids (if you have them)!!! YOU MATTER TOO!!!
