One our forum family, MileHigh, is having serious complications with a surgical procedure today.

Please also take care of yourselves, eat right, exercise, get counseling...this journey we are on can have serious health effects with the stress, cra-cra, depression, etc.
Please don't let your spouses take ANY more from YOU and your kids (if you have them)!!!
