mahhty, changing social status on FB will create some postings from friends and all that stuff. Just make your status private, so you only see it. No one will notice. I did mine a few weeks ago. I am as lost as you as to what to do now. Continue 180's. Get out and stay social. Not dating, but be with friends. Have fun, stay positive.
