The younger dark lad come in last night too! Kicked my butt for making justifications and eating crap food and poisoning my system. I deserved it, made my sit up and realise I'm still putting some things on hold. My diet is first, I shouldn't care if every one else has desert.
One kg per month means I will be less than 73kg next year and that will be huge. Life will be different I can buy off the rack or out of ops shops without too much hassles. My whole old wardrobe will fit.
