Being able to put on new (second hand) pants from yesterday's shopping at the op shop in size 14, when this time last year I was in 42inch mens. H always insisted I buy cheapest of everything even if it meant mans stuff. Shirts were 24 but loose women's. Now in 16 very firm fit thanks to christmas.
Can't wait to weigh in, but supect it's going to be not much off, if any perhaps back to where I was before the gain. Need to be careful tho, but lunches are all, packed along with fruit.
The size 14 pants have no room for errors, or slight gains. Plenty of scope for losses tho. no belt required yet. So I don't need to purchase a replacement after the way hounds stole the last one.
