So anyway my day took an interesting turn. I accidentally drilled through one of the central heating pipes and had a reasonable sized horizontal fountain jetting accross my kitchen while the whole heating system emptied onto my, newly mine, kitchen floor.

A couple of hundred litres of water (for ease call it 100 gallons) later and my kitchen is dry (ish), the pipe is fixed and the wall is patched (ish). All in time to collect my kids for my weekend with them.

Didnt really get that much sorted but there are now no pictures of my wife anywhere up in the house so I can now choose when to torture myself

Though at one point today it did feel like i was being waterboarded.........
