Well bought me brand new bathroom scales.

So I dint seem to be getting over to work besties to weigh in as yet.
So from memory and my ww tracker book I found where s17 dog dumped it out in the paddock. I also find the containers and a couple of other bits. I however have not found me belt.

I was 87.9
Down 86.4
Total l. 1.5kg

Let's hope for a bit more lost this week. Whines about last week being starving and this week, I'm but I don't want to eat.
Balmes hormones, all I want to do is trot off to the loo.
On the plus side christmas mm and are all gone.

Decided to pack lunches at night. Although I am good at throwning that stuff together in the am. That's 10kg since January another 5-8 or so before that.
So all in all not doing as well as I had hoped, but far better than the I am guessing when I say I was 105ishkg. To get back to what I was when I met h about 10kg will be needed.

I better set a goal to walk. I need to also get up a bit sooner. Which will give time to walk a bit just a quick one on big days. Longer on days off.

Gg, do you have a pedometer? In the past I have found it really motivating to track my step count. If you don't know, the recommended number is 10,000 per day. If you have something like a Fitbit then you can set goals and get messages on your phone to tell you how close you are to your goal. But you could just get a cheap one that just shows youth number.

There are also a few workplace step competitions around (google 10000 steps challenge). You basically sign up as a team and commit to taking 10000 steps for a certain period. I participated in one a few years ago and was doing like 40K on weekend days; it was so motivating to do it with a team! I lost tons of weight and established a new walk to work habit that has stayed with me 1.5 years later.

Yeah, I've got one. Incidental movement is not really an issue,
I'm on my feet at work. It's planned extra and food. The portions let me down, and planning. When I'm portion controlled and planned out well its not such an issue for me.

Atm salads are easy to pack and good while it's warmer, colder times got hard till I discovered my vege dish which really worked. It's a focus thing too, I lost focus.

Which is why I out plans in place to weight out my food and be more stuctured. The weekly weigh in I need to keep me on track. Just to make sure th scales are moving. If not I can re look at stuff. I'm going to weigh weekly but look at months over all loss.

Great start on the food.

I am very inactive as still working ver....y lon....g hours about a hundred a week. As I am tired I eat, I love food but would like to be more active.

I need sleep but only getting 4 hours a day. Still 31 Jan not too far away, so not beating myself up.

I find I concern myself with my DB mates, today my thoughts are with Pink and Jim, and wondering about RD, I do hope he checks in soon.

I just love your posts especially about the gossips, it makes me smile as I recognise the characters from my village. May be its the same character types all over the world.

Smiles and hugs

Omg, the rhc he came in again tonight. Sons x3 in tow.

Served mrs xrhc, sounded like her bf and sx3 were camping for the weekend. Rhc doesn't talk when boys are present.

Which is a pia. No one else of interest came in as entertainment, but I dude I've been oggling for months. I bounce off his warped humor. He totally funny. Today cracking customer service jokes. Cracked one of my buying health food lines back to me. He was buying TV dinner burgers.

My joke was funnier, so your turn to cook. Had a chicky with him. First time I've seen him with one. Mmmm not something that struck me as his type. Odd type of woman, perhaps not with him. He certainly didn't treat her like he was with her.

Him perhaps creepy young, but boy......

Better leave it there or edzs will definitely have a heart attack.

About to turn 45, 30 might be creepy young.

Just how I feel, it's not for any reason but it just feels odd. However I could use a good horse breaker and he might be worth asking.

Don't really see him all that much tho.
