Well first of all you know he is lying, because you cant believe anything he says. So if you are looking for him to admit the truth for you to take action, it is highly unlikely that will happen.
YOU can not be in a relationship with him while he is not all in with his relationship with YOU.
You must stop doing anything which is pursuit, or meeting his needs.
TRUST his ACTIONS not his words.
