Yeah, I've got one. Incidental movement is not really an issue, I'm on my feet at work. It's planned extra and food. The portions let me down, and planning. When I'm portion controlled and planned out well its not such an issue for me.
Atm salads are easy to pack and good while it's warmer, colder times got hard till I discovered my vege dish which really worked. It's a focus thing too, I lost focus.
Which is why I out plans in place to weight out my food and be more stuctured. The weekly weigh in I need to keep me on track. Just to make sure th scales are moving. If not I can re look at stuff. I'm going to weigh weekly but look at months over all loss.
