I still feel good I have 3 different dates with 2 different ladies this weekend, tonight for dinner, Tomorrow and Sunday for a drive in the mountians. I am developing new friends While I had a Secretary that just didn't show for work last Monday and I still have not heard from her, I found a replacement that has Way more experience and will do much better anyway. So that worked out well.
Negitives still no contact w/ C other than my brief IM about giving that Info to her bookkeeper. I will need to fax her the timeslips for my employees for payroll today and need to contact her about picking up my checks before the 25 tho - also the 23rd is my birthday - curious if she will contact me then.
This morning I faxed the time sheets to C. About 30 minutes later I got a phone call from C - she wanted to let me know she got the fax and to see how I was. she said she hesitated on calling me and that she almost called me a few other times but didn't. we talked about 15 minutes and I was very upbeat. told her some about my business and she told me what was going on with hers. Futon mattress not delivered yet.
She said her Bookkeeper was going to start doing my payroll checks from her home and meeting me to give me the checks - not because of me but that bookkeeper was suppose to be doing work for C but was doing my payroll and several other clients payroll at C's home-office.
We left door open to call her next Tuesday afternoon to see how a Business meeting went for her. I gave her words of encouragement about her plans and her abilities with her job, not her main love language but Quality time and touching are a little hard over the phone. But I think she does recognize that as one of the love languages.
Seems that she is sticking her little toe into the pool to test the water. I hope she found it to be warm and friendly.
Well - I just got back from the third date this weekend - All seemed to go well. I will continue to go out with different ladies to keep busy but I will not push anything yet - just to have fun.
I talked w/ Laurie yesterday and she encouraged me to keep on doing what I have been doing for now. seemed like the hour with her just flew by though and before I knew it time was up.
Even with the dates and several other ladies that I have met and talked about future dates, my pma seems down some. but like they say (don't ask me who they are) "This too shall pass"
