In thinking about last weekend I remembered something else she said while we were talking after the blow up. While sigging in the living room she said "you know If my mother were alive today I can just hear what she would say. She would say, C, you can't have your cake and eat it too."
In thinking back on that it seems that she knows that she is trying to hold onto me for the fun things we did together but let go of me some so she can do things with OG too. It is time for her to make up her mind about which way she wants it. There is pleanty of things in her house to remind her of me and what we had. I will just have to let those items do their work and be patient.
I did have a busy weekend. Went to zoo with a new friend on Saturday, a really nice lady, I discussed a merger of my firm with my attorney friend on Sunday during lunch and then later took another new friend to dinner Sunday evening.
