Try to plan and act instead of react. I try to do the same.
I know - sometimes I do the same and don't stfu and regret what I have said, but most of the time I don't regret it.
Sometimes it is just a truth dart, not a name calling anger session, but a - this is how I see things moment. and I would really hope they would provide the same for us - sometimes we need their truth dart thrown at us so we can see their perspective.
I think my anxiety comes from lack of movement. It is something that I have always had in bad situations. I would rather get it over with instead of just looking at it and hoping it will fix itself.
