Nothing so exotic, serving Spanish belted baked leeks with spiced homemade tomato sauce and chopped sweet peppers served with chorizo and the wrong bacon. Handy cheat hint Edz, a store cupboard staple at Vs is Sainsbury's tinned ratatouille, as an addition to any short on vegetables dish, it is unbeaten. Even ggs salad eating dogs would approve.
