Wow, look out a whine party started

Must have been pinks fault " let's get the party started " um best joke I can do after staying up late.

Exercise is hard workin long days but those days I actually get some snuck in at work, I make sure when I can I dont stand round. It's easier days I tend to get off being busy and don't find time. My biggest Down fall planning, extra time tacked onto shifts make it hard to grab fresh food. Fresh food doesn't keep a whole week either.

Portion control is in second place, this last week I've been starving. Time of the month I'm guessing soon, seems to make me hungry bloated and makes chocolate and salty food more attractive. Pre done salad tho now it's hot a good send.
The weight goal 500g per week. The exercise goal was to walk 5 days so far it's been a struggle.

Yup poor at portion control as well, if you have a good freezer you can prep right size meals when you have a mo then cook them fresh or microwave them ready on the run.

Of course it means having the time to get the things made in the first place, I've given it a go though.

Did loads of reading on diets back in July (when I read anything and everything to occupy my mind) WebMD had some interesting articles on what you describe you may want to google it as I'm told we have to watch what we link to frown

Basically go with complex carbs like baked potato or bagle on empty stomach to fight the cravings. It also doscussed going to 6 meals a day of a smal size. Go take a look see anyhoo.

So as p!nk said, beam me up...

I used to make 5 portion or 6 portion meals and freeze its how I cope working evenings other wise I would be broke and ten tone tessie.

I had let the prep slip for last week. Now back on track. Licorice tea has helped the sweet cravings as its sweet. The salmon portions will be a god send. It will mean grab and run days where I have forgotten to buy ahead or cook ahead or the dog steals my home done dinner as has happened plan b is just waiting there.

Fruit for my big break, which is yummy and will fill a hole till next small dinner type break.

Well boys and girls,

The fundamental issue here is how you want to look once you are single again. For me, I need to look good, age does not help a lot anymore, so the rest needs to make up for that.

I am easy on eating if I have a good purpose. Always eat a banana for breakfast during the week... because I am lazy to cook anything at that time. Have saltine crackers to snack on to get the metabolism and sugar levels going.

For lunch, always a salad with some ham or chicken as a touch of protein. Then some more crackers or a peace of chocolate to tell the stomach it is not so empty. For dinner, I eat small portion so it can digest well. Big portion will sit there and will spread the fat.

I like everything that is easy. Everyone loves the food I cook but I hate wasting time on the kitchen. So, I always eat what is not too much work to make. Tomatoes, avocado, bananas, sardines, salad, green or black olives, cold cuts, etc.

Not too much thinking or working. that's my rule. And, I do not eat much bread, chocolate, ice cream. I do not have that kind of crave.

Now, always need to be careful with cheese, love the mozzarella ones, melted brie. I can probably eat cheese all day long. Love milk cream, sour cream.

For the hot stuff...sometimes I cook a big pan of black beans, or lentils, or vegetable soup. It's easy to make and last a long time.

And the calories probably from wine and beer. I am not an alcoholic, but love to drink once in awhile.

Well, if you enjoyed my menu, don't hesitate to use it. It's simple and easy...kkkk, and keeps those pounds away so I can dance on my high heels too. And note... I dance samba!

Hugs to you all!

Yeah, easy is good. Hence the salad kick atm.

Tracked food today, think I did ok. Have a plan for tomorrow dinner and the rest of the week.

Took the dogs for a moonlit play, it's a full moon expected to see a zombie or 2 after yesterday. Dogs had a great run/ play only out for a small time but it encourages them all to poop outside me house yard if they go out each night.

Less poop, for me to collect! Although they are good leaving it very close to the back door on the concrete, for fast easy collection and maximum annoyance when you come home in the dark.

Focusing this week on winding back bed time, I've been chatting yous guys most nights till I hit pumkin hour.
That way I might get a walk in the morning too. Even if only very short every bit even 10mins helps.

In fact 2 lots of 20 is just as beneficiall as one lot of 40, but often easier to find 15-20min.

I wanted not to be drawn into drama, owned by others. I wanted to be more me, in control of what happens and how I react.

A big factor was h manipluated me and often told lies to achieve a desired out come. I need not to own others feelings and take in board things that are my drama. I do not need to fix or give up me to be loved.

I need to learn to set limits and be able to stand up for me. In a nicer way, rather than swing between door mat and bansheeeee.

I think today I did that. I walked on a different path, almost by habit, rather than the auto tunnel.

Sounds like you are really on course there, Gg. That is truly great!

There are Christmas Edition M&Ms!!!!

Whaaaa?!

Must admit to filling up on casserole last night to avoid the copious number of chocolate coin bags now sitting in the cupboard. Need no 1 s to come by and eat some of them...soon especially considering my current mood and another visit from the email demon mil!

Christmas Edition M&Ms are great for people who can't make a decision. It's red or green. That's it.
