Hi GG,

Lots of progress there, it's great to see that you have been able to choose your path instead of walking on a path other people wants you to.

Sound simple in words but it is a very hard thing to do, stand by your principles and then be bombarded with abuse from people that are supposed to even care for you in some way.

Life will get easier, it has ups and downs but you are getting stronger and are defining your way of living.

Regarding to the food, it's not easy for us ladies to lose those annoying few pounds. How is you managing your exercise?
It helps to keep the positive and keep some weight off. The one meal a day works great, a full health meal and then some snacks to keep the metabolism going.

For me, I need to remember to eat. For some reason stress feeds me and I ignore food, what is the other end and not very health either.

Do you have goals for yourself GG? I noticed that I go around in circles and didn't define my goals very well. My original goals are falling apart and I am having a hard time keeping myself on track when things start changing.

GG, all in all you are doing great, you built some self respect and now you are showing it to the people that want to put you down. Luckily for you, you are able to state your ground and will succeed.

Keep it up GG, I bow for you, for your courage and determination.

Hugs,
Pink

Gg you did well, managing boundaries and holding a raging ranter at bay. Practice makes perfect. It's good to have more interactions with a choice selection.

Food, we seem to fall into two camps

Those skinniest who get full up with stress and us less than skinnies who puff up with food.

Neither is good. But our way is more fun, at least we get the chocolate fix, funny how the choc, cheese and pate call our names, especially as we pass by the counter in the supermarket.

Only saying, Vanilla is trying to be extra good about her eating without cutting meals. Vegetables are my friend, repeat vegetables are my friend.

Smiles and runs to buscuit
