Smokey ins't doing this to "pressure" you. Selling the house is a business transaction and you have a seller who is anxious to buy the house. If you delay and delay, you'll lost this seller. Then it could be weeks before another one comes by. Real Estate does not do slow well. This isn't about you or Smokey.
You two do need to dispose of the house as a part of the divorce proceedings.
