That was our family room. It was like that BEFORE he left. We had altered a workshop/garage space into a family room and there was plumbing for an old sink.
The spackling has to do with D12 pulling down shelving before we left. She was a bit overzealous.
I pulled out the carpet in our bedroom because it was terrible and couldn't afford to replace it. I had an area rug. D12's rug was in mediocre condition and I could see from the photos that he pulled it out.
I painted the walls in every room. Had the ceilings painted a year ago...yadda, yadda...

The house itself was in better condition than when Smokey left. I replaced the front door added the closet doors in the family room, painted the family room, bedrooms, ceilings, had some molding nailed down where Smokey had left it unfinished.
I think the pictures which will be produced will show the stuff left behind and the yard. I expected Smokey to man up on these things and take the stuff to Goodwill and mow the yard.
But, knowing my MIL, she was probably horrified at the stuff he was supposed to take to charity...after all HE IS THE VICTIM HERE...AND she has always made a big point of me being a slovenly pig.
