Could I use the offer on the house as leverage?

I mean the realtor told me that Matt really wants the house handled ASAP so as to avoid another mortgage payment.

Could my atty say, "Hey, she will sign this off if you make a nice offer and, then, this all goes away."

I'm getting a lot of pressure to sign these documents. Smokey hasn't texted me, but the realtor has reached out 3-4 times already.

I thought the house was sold? If not, then tell the realtor that you want more money as the offer appears lower than the asked price, correct?

This is what I want:

$500 in monthly child support for 5 years
$500 in monthly spousal support for 5 years
1/2 of the retirement for the amount of time the courts determine...married 23 years, separated for...yadda, yadda, yadda

A lump sum of money to make up for the amount he spent from the worker's comp, spent on skank, didn't spend on the girls...
