So, who knows where I really should be in all of this... maybe reading these will help me figure it out.

I don't understand the question.

Can you elaborate?

Let me give up the need to know why things happen as they do.
I will never know and constant wondering is constant suffering.

Hi, labug! What I meant was that I really don't know for sure if I should be in LRT mode, or not. I'm hoping to figure that out.

I guess, if he thinks we will eventually be separated, then it's LRT, regardless of the facts that we still live together, interact well, and love each other, right?

You mean that you love him or he loves you?

How do you know that he loves you?

What shows you that?

Thanks, Cadet.... it actually DID get better, it's just that I am struggling with what the best plan (other than for me, personally) is for my relationship with my husband. I have always been independent, and had a life, so that really isn't hard for me to do. I have the DR, SSM, and 5 LL books, and have read a lot of the material over the weekend and I still can't figure out what my next course of actions should be. I do have a depressed spouse, live in a SSM, he may be going through a MLC, we still live together.... should I be in LRT??? I don't know.... hence the lost feeling.

In answer to your questions, I have always known that he loved me. That has never been in question. He has tried to the best of his ability, (and that is key) to be a good husband and father. One of the big things that shows me that he loves me is that he has stuck with me all this time. In love with me, well, that is a different story in his eyes.

But either way, if he has discussed separating and has told me ILYBINILWY, then the course in regards to spending time with him MUST be LRT, right?!?

So then at this point, I have to smile, be loving, not push anything, and what?
