The wills of your parents are completely irrelevant! Ask your attorney, but I don't see how any money you may or may not inherit in the distant future is legally relevant. Your parents could spend all their money or cut you out of their wills. And unless your state has very weird rules, I doubt your parents could be forced to comply with that request. People have a right to keep their wills private until they die, should they choose.

As for asking your mom for money...do you have a good explanation for why your income didn't cover your expenses? Can you show her your budget? Show her steps you are taking to reduce costs? She needs to see that you're not just living beyond your means and going to come back again next month.
Btw how can you afford counseling when you can't even pay your rent??
