Hey Mighty- sounds like you're doing well and things are moving in a good direction. I'm sorry to hear your son is still having issues- he had enough things happen to him this year to turn it all upside down for sure! When my S16 was admitted- the doc recommended "Dialectical behavior therapy". I had never heard of this but after learning about it I think it fits as a form of solution oriented. It's often done in groups but my son wanted none of that. Therapy really did help though.
I hope you can find the right resources for helping him. I know it is so stressful.
