Thanks a lot Calibri, Checked about the locks and there is no law against changing the locks but if I am not divorced yet or at least legally separated where the court tells who will stay in a house until the divorce is done, then the S can brake in the house.
You are a blessing, because it does not makes any difference, H can come into the house any time he wants. He can have the key and even came unannounced if he wants to.
