I think you could put off the info for a day. If she asks tomorrow, just let her know you have been busy. It is the truth and you don't have to work on her timeline.
Don't sweat it. I know the pressure you feel when asked to do those things. The more you realize you have to put your needs before hers, you won't feel as badly by it. You also won't feel like you have to do things her way. This is your life, too, Matt.
I wouldn't even over explain it if she asks. Just a simple, "No, sorry, I didn't have time."
