Hi Little, indeed you should embrace what you want. I too have been feeling the need for alone time. Sure we need to GAL and try to be social, but it's also OK to have time to decompress and even time to just be alone and be sad. I think it is part of the process.

If you go go go all the time just to forget your situation that is not healthy either. In fact, I see my WAH doing this and he is making himself sick and exhausted.
