Looking at my ring finger is weird. I rarely took it off for over 15 years. my finger, where the ring used to be is pale and the skin is different. I'm not sure how I feel about it yet. I am not sure what I will make of it.
A reminder of my M that will fade over time? A permanent part of my body, like my M is a permanent part of my life? A scar that has to heal? A scar that will never heal?
