South, Detach detach, detach. It is very difficult but it is something you MUST do. You have to stop letting her emotions and actions control you. If you do little things for her like rubbing her feet, dont do it with expectations, do it because you are being kind.
My WAW still lives at home and it is so hard to detach. I am not far enough yet, but I have done enough that I am starting to feel better and starting to work on me.
