When you see something that you like in the way of a rental next time around, have your deposit ready to go. People do not wait and if someone comes along w/the deposit money, they are going to snap the rental up. I'm finding that this is happening all over the place, not just for rentals but other things too.
As for your insurance, that doesn't sound too bad at all for a private business. Can you even carry your oldest daughter on your insurance? Your youngest daughter is still carried on your h's insurance, isn't she?
You need something more than gospel music...you need prayers. You've got to have some money ready to go to put down for a deposit on a rental and also take care of the move, etc. When are you suppose to report to work?
Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to. The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.
