It was awesome...like a mini-honeymoon. We didn't ML a lot cause we had to share a room with our boys but H was very affectionate , hugging me in his sleep , patting my bottom at every occassion !
His dad was way cool and exactly like my h! They share even a similar taste in music, food, clothes, and ear rings. It was too uncanny! Dad's wife #4 is a big advocate of furthering the r between the 2. She agrees that h's current problems with the kids and I stems from his non-existent one with his dad. Wife #4 and I agreed to help her h and my h connect by getting them together alone as much as possible. Hs went golfing Friday and #4's h told my h that he thought he was a great father to our boys. My h seemed to be so happy after that...he became more affectionate if that's even possible!
We'll be going to Ohio in June to see his dad again.
I really enjoyed my time with h. He was very attentative. Even last night, held me close through the night.
