I don't think you necessarily need moms to flat out flirt with you. Most dad coaches don't know this but there's always talk of the coach and his hotness level among the moms. If you're wife is anywhere near the other moms during that convo, you're good. You may not get direct flirting (I'm assuming these women have some class and tact) but your wife will notice if someone's eyes are lingering.
Don't be afraid to be a little silly. You're bound to win a few hearts that way and the kids will have even MORE fun!
