When you talk about acting like I don't care, I get hung up on the details of how to do that. Do I make contact with him (counselor told me not to), do I just wait for him to contact me. When he does contact me do I respond every single time, do I just let it go unanswered a few times? I certainly don't want to act cold and distant.
