Funny thing (funny?) My W has not been sleeping in our bed for the last couple nights either. First night - I actually slept great - probably because I was feeling like she should go anyway. Last night - it was tough not thinking how out of whack things are and it kept me awake.
She needs her space and you need yours, give that to each other. It would appear to be very needy to ask her back. It is not going to help if she's next to you at night.
I know it is hard to detach while she is at home.
