the summer will be coming to an end and still pretty much in the same spot.
I did change L's. This new L want me to gather data on D16's future costs after she ages out of the school system at 22. It is quite expensive. But, at least there are some options for her where I live.

Of course, I thought h and I would have tackled this together as d got older...
Having it pushed to the front is a little overwhelming.
Thinking about the day( still a long way down the rode) but there will come a point in time that i can no longer care for D16. Plans have to be in place.

h is still moving 1600 miles away.

I start my internship on Aug 25th. Had to find someone to drive D to school. it will be for four weeks. I just pray she stays healthy.
hate to think about the morning she wakes up sick and can't go to school...i need to have a backup plan...someone "on-call" no family here. will have to rely on friends, but hate the scrabbling phone calls at 630am. meanwhile, trying to get out the door.
h doesn't have these worries.

S20 came home from study abroad last night! love having him home! It will only be for a week before he heads back to college.

S17 having a great summer- rowing, working....
