Hi old dog Thank you for your support. I used db before but I kinda fell off the wagon after our second child. I am working on doing a 180 and it's going ok but as I'm sure you are familiar with it's never fast enough. H is away for the weekend and my intention is not to message him at all unless it's an emergency. I'm trying to do things for myself which is not easy. I'm not used to it and it feels wrong. But I know it's for the best. H says that he wants to be friends again and then sees what happens so I'm trying to stay positive. I know we can work this out but it is still really hard not to focus on that alone. Lol. Thank you for the reply though. It helps to talk.
