Has anyone used mediation? Hubby and I am splitting but keeping it very civil and fair so we are thinking of doing mediation to work out the details. We have been living more like friends for several years. Thing is we have a lot of debt and he makes twice as much as me. He has agreed to assume all the debt including any expenses related to our son. Do I still ask for child support on top of that? I mean if I do I can see him saying he won't pay the debt then and then I am screwed. Advice? Thanks
