Heather, if my xh could ever admit he had made a mistake the whole house of cards would come crashing down. I believe (although I do not know for sure of course) that his marriage to OW2 is partly to get his own way about bringing her to my son's wedding (that is son's view view) and partly to reassure himself he did the right thing in leaving his family 'Look I am OK I have a new marriage, Everything is OK you guys'
He isn't capable of real affection or thinking of another person right now, if the way he continues to behave towards me and his children is any guide. Honestly I do wonder if he has passed the shallow waters of MLC insanity and is out there - heading towards the shoals of a total breakdown. Who knows?
